Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order, project, or subscription.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may request cancellation:

• Before work has started / service has been scheduled; or
• Within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that execution has not begun.

Where no substantial work has started, we will generally cancel with full refund.

If work has already begun, we may:

• Deduct the value of work completed till date; or
• Offer partial refund or credit, depending on the engagement terms.

2. Project / Consulting Engagements

For longer engagements or retainers (if applicable):

• Specific cancellation terms may be defined in the proposal, SoW, or agreement signed with you.
• In the absence of such specific terms, we may apply a reasonable fee for work and resources already allocated.

3. Subscription or Recurring Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:

• Cancellations generally apply from the next billing cycle.
• Fees already charged for the current billing cycle are usually non-refundable, unless mandated by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before the renewal/billing date.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order or engagement if:

• You provide incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Payments are not received or are reversed/charged back.
• There is misuse of our services, violation of our terms, or unlawful activity.
• External circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the service (force majeure, compliance restrictions, etc.).

In such cases, we will:

• Notify you at the earliest practical time; and
• Provide a refund or partial refund where appropriate and legally required.
